Shipping and Postage
Fazer Vodka Filled Chocolates are shipped from Montreal, Canada. It snows 11 months out of the year here, so we are somewhat experts in keeping warm with good vodka.
 USA: Shipped by USPS First Class, FedEx Ground if more then 5 lbs. We ship to AK, PR, Guam, and military APO, any place that has a zip code.
 Canada: Shipped by CanadaPost Expedited Parcel.
 International: Sorry, currently we are not shipping outside of U.S. and Canada.
When will I get them?
Orders paid and finalized before 4:30p EST are shipped the same day if FedEx, and every other day by the Post Office, except weekends. Once we hand your box to the Post Office, it's really up to them. With USPS First Class, our neighbours in NY state have received them as quick as 2-days, those all the way in CA as long as 10-days. Alas, you will get them eventually. The Post Office is the cheapest way to get these to you, as postage now costs more than ever, and we don't make money on any shipping. If you have friends visiting Montreal, have them come by the shop for a Local Pickup, we also have a location near the airport!

Q: Does that mean these chocolates are classified as alcohol and spirits?
No. These are categorized as confectionary candies. You do not need to be of legal age to buy these, nor are they restricted for sale at only alcohol and beer stores. You do NOT need to be 21 and over to purchase and eat these.

Each 150g box has about 19 pieces per box.

Yes! I can ship these chocolates directly to that special someone that you love or stalk. Impress all your facebook myspace secondlife friends that you've never met. It doesn't matter what method is used, Post Office, UPS, FedEx, boat, aircraft, jet, military air drops, donkies, camels. It costs an arm and a leg to ship anything anywhere. If you have inside friends with UPS, FedEx that owe you faves, we allow collect pickups by whatever courier you send over to our shop, you'll only pay the item price. If you know people visiting Montreal Canada, have them come to our shop to pick stuff up and bring back home for you. You have ideas, you decide! >>> 2. There is no doubt that the Post Office is the cheapest way to get something to you. In a world where you get what you pay for, the Post Office won't guarantee anything, and if it gets lost, it's gone and no one will help you find it. Postal workers just don't give a hoot. So if your items are shipped by Post Office, and they show up 4 weeks late, that's not our fault. If they left your box on your doorstep and a dog came and ate all your candies, that is not our fault. Understand our responsibility ends when the Post Office takes the box from us. Bottom line is, we simply cannot track trace or insure stuff by the Post Office. We do hundreds of mailings each month by the Post Office, and there is always the freak one or two that don't make it and vanishes into a black hole. We can't predict which one out of these hundreds of packages will disappear/get stolen/get eaten, and no, we won't be sending out seconds for something that was not our fault. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ITEMS LOST OR DAMAGED IN THE MAIL. I know this sucks, this is why capitalism created things like UPS, FedEx, Airborne Express, DHL, etc. these courier companies know how unreliable the Post Office is. If you feel unlucky with the Post Office, please buy at least 5 lbs. of candies so they can be shipped by FedEx. >>> 3. We are open daily and always packing stuff to ship, but we will only go to the Post Office when we have enough orders to justify the trip. We are not going to use ten bucks of gas to go into town, wait in a long line up, to send off one box. Small orders are batched up until there's enough of a decent load. FedEx on the otherhand, picks up from us daily. If you want these asap, please buy at least 5 lbs. of candies so they can be shipped by FedEx. >>> 4. This is a food item, there are no refunds what-so-ever! Attempting to return a food item might even be illegal. If you have never had these before, buy one small quantity.
