  3. This is a curb-to-curb service. No manual labour is provided. The driver does not load or unload from the vehicle. The vehicle can only be parked on paved areas and legal roads, and can not hop onto sidewalks or grass. For example, if there is a driveway for the house, the vehicle can park on the driveway but not on the lawn. The driver may choose to help shift boxes and items inside the vehicle, to optimize for space and safety. The customer is not limited to just moving stuff with the vehicle, they can choose to have the driver come pick them up and bring them to the store, pickup location, etc.

  4. Rates begin when the driver arrives at the appointment time, this counts even if the customer is not ready to load the vehicle. If the driver comes late after the appointment time, rates only begins once driver has arrived. If the driver comes early before the appointment time, rates only begins at the appointment time. In-between vehicle maintenance such as fuelling up, changing a flat tire, counts as a billable rate.

  5. The driver can choose to refuse items that are a danger to people and cause damage to the vehicle. For example, metal pipes that can severly impale body parts, or burst out thru windows from within. Wet dripping dirty items are refused. Any damages caused to the vehicle by potentially dangerous items witheld by the customer, repairs and cleanup costs will be paid by the customer. For example, a cat litter bag that explodes, or cat litter in a cat litter box that explodes.

  6. The driver decides when the vehicle has been loaded to maximum to prevent overloading. Items cannot touch the ceiling and the windows. The only items allowed to be strapped to the roof of the vehicle are things soft and pliable, such as a mattress, futon. The customer is responsible to provide all necessary straps, bungee cords, rope, needed to secure items on the roof safely.

  7. The driver will not subject the vehicle to hazardous road conditions that they find unfit at their choice, this includes and not limited to speed bumps, back alleys, unpaved roads, icy roads, flooded areas, unlit areas as countryside roads.

  8. Disclaimers.
